Creating Your First Upsell

Launch your first live product recommendation offer in 3 quick steps:

Step 1: Create an Upsell Set​

  1. In the app navigation, click Upsell Sets.
  2. Select Custom Set tab
  3. Click on Create New Set
  4. Enter a set name, add products (addons) and click Save.

Step 2: Create a Product Mapping Rule​

  1. Navigate to Mappings.
  2. Click + Create New Mapping.
  3. Enter Rule name and select a prebuilt or custom set .
  4. Choose your trigger:
    • Specific Products: Assign selected set to individual product.
    • Collections: select a product collection.
    • Product Tags: Target products with specific tags.
  5. Click Save to save the mapping.

Step 3: Verify on Storefront​

Open any mapped product page on your store to confirm the Addon widget visibility with required addons products.
