What is Revenza Upsell?
Revenza Upsell is a Shopify app for displaying relevant product recommendations and add-on offers during the shopping journey. Merchants can create pre-built or custom upsell sets and show them on supported product and cart pages.
Where can Revenza Upsell offers appear?
Offers can appear on Shopify product pages and the cart page after the corresponding widget and theme integration are enabled. See Show Widget On for page-level controls.
How do I activate Revenza Upsell on my Shopify theme?
Open the app from Shopify admin, select Activate in the app embed section, and save the change in Shopify's Theme Editor. Follow the complete Getting Started guide.
Why is the upsell widget not visible?
Check the following settings:
- The app embed is enabled and saved in your published Shopify theme.
- The global widget setting is enabled.
- The product-page or cart-page widget is enabled.
- The Revenza Upsell app block is added to the correct theme template.
- A valid upsell set is selected or mapped to the current product or collection.

What is the difference between pre-built and custom upsell sets?
Pre-built upsell sets recommend products dynamically using predefined sorting rules such as bestsellers, newest arrivals, or price. Custom upsell sets let you choose the products and then map the set to specific products, collections, or product tags.
How do product mappings work?
Mappings connect a pre-built or custom upsell set to Shopify products, collections, or product tags. When an eligible storefront page loads, Revenza Upsell uses the matching set to determine which recommendations to display. See the Mapping guide.
Can I customize the upsell widget?
Yes. Revenza Upsell includes product-page, cart-page, and global settings for widget visibility, headings, product count, card style, pricing format, and other presentation options. Review the Settings documentation.
Does app block integration require theme-code editing?
No. Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes can use app blocks to add Revenza Upsell to supported product and cart templates without manually editing theme code. Follow the Integration guide.
How can I preview an offer before customers see it?
Use the app's preview controls and review the relevant product or cart page. Make sure the required app block is installed on the template first. See Upsell Review.
Where can I review app charges?
Open Settings → Billing in Shopify admin to review app charges and billing status. More information is available in the Billing guide.
How do I contact support?
Contact Revenza support with your Shopify store domain, the page where the issue occurs, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Do not include passwords, payment details, or Shopify access tokens.
